We acknowledge and celebrate the accomplishments of our staff and starting at our AGM in 2026 we will be introducing an awards ceremony to further celebrate the amazing work our staff do.
Personal Development
We provide staff with a variety of training courses as part of their induction (classroom and e-learning).
We also provide support to staff to achieve a Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care if they do not already have one.
There are also pathways to develop further into managerial roles.
Benefits for Staff
Staff are eligible for a Blue Light Card which offers discounts on big name brands from shopping, utility providers, even discounts on new cars. They currently offer over 15,000 discounts, as well as providing access to tickets for major events. We will reimburse staff for the biennial (2-yearly) cost of the card.
Wisdom (Health Assured) provide our Employee Assistance Program, offering a variety of confidential advice services as well as useful articles to help staff with health and wellbeing (with exercise videos, recipes, wellbeing tips, podcasts). This is a free service for all staff. Wisdom have a website and a mobile app full of resources.
Stream is a free service, allowing staff to access a percentage of their salary before payday which is then repaid on their next pay. Stream also offers savings at competitive rates of interest as well as offering discounts with high street retailers and supermarkets. They also have a financial advice service.
