Our Services

We provide a range of high-quality, person-centred care and support services designed to empower individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives within their communities. Our services are delivered by experienced, compassionate teams who are committed to promoting dignity, choice and wellbeing.

Supported Living

Our Supported Living services enable individuals to live as independently as possible in their own homes while receiving tailored support based on their needs and aspirations.

Each service has its own dedicated team of skilled support staff and every service is led by a Personal Support Manager, who ensures that care is consistently delivered to the highest standard and is tailored to each individual.

Each service fosters a safe, supportive environment where people are encouraged to make their own choices and lead meaningful lives.

Our support includes:

  • Assistance with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning and managing finances
  • Personal care and health support where required
  • Emotional support and encouragement
  • Support to access education, employment, and community activities
  • Helping individuals build confidence and develop independence

We focus on creating a sense of belonging, where individuals feel valued, respected and supported to live as independently as possible.

Respite Service and Day Centre

Respite Service

Our respite service in Cadle, Fforestfach, Swansea provides short-term care in a safe and supportive setting, offering both individuals and their families valuable time to rest and recharge.

The service includes three comfortable bedrooms, designed to provide a welcoming and homely experience for those staying with us.

Our aim is to ensure every stay is positive, enjoyable and tailored to each person’s needs, while maintaining continuity of care.

Day Centre

Our day centre, based in Cadle, Fforestfach, Swansea provides a flexible and community-focused service designed to support individuals to stay active, engaged and connected.

While the building acts as a central meeting point, the service is not primarily building-based. Instead, individuals are supported to spend their time out in the community, taking part in a wide range of meaningful activities that reflect their interests, preferences and personal goals.

These may include:

  • Visiting local shops, cafés and community venues
  • Taking part in leisure activities and hobbies
  • Accessing local events and opportunities
  • Building social connections and friendships
  • Developing independence and life skills

We also offer transport to and from the day centre, helping to make the service accessible and convenient.

The day centre is delivered by the same dedicated team who support our respite service, led by a Registered Manager, ensuring consistency, familiarity and a high standard of care.

Our focus is on enabling people to make the most of their day — promoting independence, confidence and inclusion within the wider community.

Sessional Support

Our Sessional Support service provides flexible, person-centred assistance tailored to individuals who live independently but benefit from additional support to maintain and enhance their daily lives.

We currently support around 40 individuals through this service, with support hours ranging from 1 hour to 32 hours per week, depending on each person’s needs and preferences.

Support is delivered by a dedicated core team who receive the same comprehensive training and ongoing support as staff across the wider organisation, ensuring consistency, quality and a high standard of care.

We aim to empower individuals to live as independently as possible while remaining connected to their communities, ensuring they feel supported, valued and able to achieve their personal goals.

Our sessional support is designed to be flexible and responsive, and may include:

  • Assistance with day-to-day tasks within the home
  • Support to attend appointments
  • Help with accessing and participating in community activities
  • Encouragement to develop independence and life skills
  • Emotional support and confidence building

Tenant Services

Our Tenant Services team helps people we support manage their finances safely, responsibly, and in a way that supports independence. We work closely with tenants, families, legal representatives, and support teams to ensure financial decisions are made in the individual’s best interests.

Our services include budgeting support, managing day-to-day finances, overseeing household expenses such as rent and utilities, and creating personalised financial plans (Money Plan) that are reviewed regularly. Where appropriate, we can act as an appointee or court-appointed deputy, ensuring finances are managed with the highest levels of accountability and oversight – this is subject to individual circumstances and capacity.

We help manage shared household costs, support the use of individual bank accounts and prepaid card systems, and provide guidance on larger purchases or one-off spending. All financial transactions are carefully reviewed to ensure they are safe, transparent, and fully documented.

Our approach focuses on promoting independence wherever possible while safeguarding individuals who may need additional support with decision-making. We also work collaboratively with families and legal representatives to ensure everyone involved has confidence in the management of financial matters.

As a not-for-profit service, our priority is to provide trusted financial support that protects individuals’ interests, maintains transparency, and delivers peace of mind for tenants and their families.

Localities & Networks

To better manage and organise our services, we have split them up into what we call "localities" or "networks". Each locality or network covers a specific area and has a Locality Manager and Locality Support Manager that oversees all of the supported living services in that area.
